Qigong
As usual, the portrait tells the tale; what I write, when it's not also a portrait, is only to aid the illiterate.
Naturally, I would write about Qigong; I worked at the Spring Forest Qigong healing center for several years, am here offering my Qigong healing services [2 April 2025: Sike, no I'm not. G'wan now, git], and of course have made my daily Qigong practice... well, it's the cauldron in which I cook all that I eat, and it has long since (in my short time in the kitchen) made much digestible that erstwhile much mastication had little effect on.
If I say it another way, it will take too long.
At the same time, having worked at the Spring Forest Qigong healing center for several years, having met real Masters, I can't help but satirize myself as the Monkey King Who Journeyed (Mid-)West.
Look into that deeply and have a laugh, why don't you?
All that is to say... I'm aware I'm limited. Even so -- you may find what's here useful, or interesting.
There's not a lot of talk about techniques and practices, at least not from the "nuts and bolts" vantage. There's enough of that, and I encourage you to find a Spring Forest Qigong teacher to impart them to you.
Here, having learned to breathe deeply, I play at free-diving; those who will may join me, or sit by the shore to hear the tales upon my emersion.
Those who only dip their toes will never touch the depths.

Signs and wonders!
Well, wouldja you look at that -- you actually emailed me. I'm glad you figured my website out.
If you would, give me a little time to reply, ok?
I'll do my best to reply quickly. If you don't hear back within a couple days, you may want to write again.
Take care,
Jian
Oh, boy.
Gremlin in the machine. I don't think your message went through.
Why not take a constitutional and try again a bit after, huh?
